Saturday May 30th 2009 “Sharing our Stories of Life” – our birth, menarche, motherhood, womanhood, cronehood.
- Sharing our spiritual insights from our own paths of mothering.
- Exploring the possibility of “mothering” other women physically emotionally and spiritually.
Saturday June 20th 2009 “The Incarnating Child”
- Soul contact with unborn baby before conception, and in pregnancy.
- The physical and spiritual process of conception.
- Healing rituals for women becoming mothers (abuse, miscarriage and loss).
Saturday July 18th 2009 “The Unborn Child”
- Spiritual support to mother and unborn baby
- Assisting with family bonding using journeying with visualisation and sound
- Facing fears and anxieties – developing intuition – pregnancy dreams

- Physiology of birth process
- Blessingway Ceremony

“Creating Sacred Space”
- In the home, and in the labour room
- Appreciating energies disruptive to the labour process

Saturday November 28th 2009 “Spirit in Nature”
- Nature and the Divine during pregnancy
- Plants, herbs and flower essences for pregnancy and birth.
- Sacred sites, and meditation in nature
Saturday 19th December 2009 “The Placenta, The Inner Mother”
- Spiritual significance of baby's connection to placenta
- Physical connection to the Inner Mother
- Lotus Birth
January 2010 – date to be confirmed
- Day of sharing experiences and thoughts for the future /case history presentations
February 2010 – date to be confirmed
- Prayer silence and contemplation
- Insights for parents from spiritual teachers of many paths
- Singing, chanting and meditation
All training modules are supported by showing of videos and dvds – more detail in programme sent out after booking Home study for this course involves:-
- written assignments every month
- reading (some books need to be purchased)
- 2 case histories (may be family members)
- journal of daily insights and mediations
- we have a library of wonderful books, videos, and dvds – may be borrowed
Accommodation
- Overnight accommodation is available at Meadowsweet Farm – shared room or single, in a thatched cottage. €20/25 Bed and Breakfast (snacks and drinks included).
Cost of Training
- Total cost of training for 9 Saturdays from 10am to 5pm is €900.
- A €100 non-returnable deposit to secure a place on the training must be paid by the end of March 2009.
- Remaining cost of training, €800, must be paid by May 30 th , the first training day
- In cases of financial hardship a payment plan can be worked out
- Participants must attend all study days
- Training fee includes vegetarian lunches and refreshments, all materials and handouts.
- A more detailed programme will be sent upon receipt of deposit.

Further Information There are three criteria for acceptance onto this training :-
- you are a woman
- you have given birth to a child
- you are passionate about supporting other women on the path to giving birth.
A certificate will be given at the end of the training. There is no final examination, and no judgment of work produced. The enthusiasm generated from the sharing of the content of the training should provide all the impetus that is needed to read, and do all the written assignments and case histories. Some of these assignments are of self-exploration and many of them will give the opportunity to understand the spiritual initiation that is given to every woman in birthing a child.
